Eastar™ Copolyester MN021 Natural by Eastman is a thermoplastic condensation copolymer produced by a continuous melt-phase polymerization process followed by a solid-state polymerization process. It is crystallized. It possesses Gamma and E-beam color stability and chemical resistance to most medical solvents including lipids and IPA. It is processed by injection molding and is used for medical applications such as drug delivery and labware. Eastar™ Copolyester MN021 Natural complies with FDA/ISO 10993 and has been tested for USP Class VI Biological Evaluation testing after Gamma and EtO sterilization. It is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®.
