ELVALOY™ AC 1209 Acrylate Copolymer by Dow is a copolymer of ethylene and methyl acrylate. It offers higher thermal stability at similar comonomer content and no corrosive by-products versus EVA. It provides compatibility with PE recycling streams, polar and non-polar resins.
  • It is suitable for processing by coextrusion, blown- and cast film extrusion.
  • It is recommended for plastic compounding, food-, consumer-, medical packaging, heavy duty shipping sacks, interior, exterior and safety applications.
  • ELVALOY™ AC 1209 Acrylate Copolymer complies with TSCA, EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EN 71-3, FDA 21 CFR 175.1340(a) and conforms to CONEG, EU 94/62/EC.
