BYNEL™ 40E1053 Adhesive Resin by Dow is an anhydride-modified, high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin. It is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion and coextrusion with EVA, EVOH, polyamide and polyethylene. It is designed for use as a component in a blend with other polyolefin resins.
- It is an excellent moisture barrier and exhibits good hydrocarbon resistance.
- It is used in HDPE/EVOH tubing and HDPE/polyamide bottles for agricultural chemicals.
- BYNEL™ 40E1053 Adhesive Resin complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.105, EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC.
