REGEECORE -HK250 by Dongying Horizon Composite is a PET foam board. It is closed-cell, recyclable, thermoplastic and renewable polymer structural foam material with a uniform pore structure, excellent mechanical properties and outstanding cost performance. It provides superior fatigue resistance and chemical stability, as well as UV protection and low water absorption.
  • It exhibits excellent thermal stability during high-temperature processing and post-curing, without subsequent expansion or outgassing.
  • It offers high compression and shear strength.
  • It is compatible with all resins lamination processing technologies and is suitable for large-scale applications in lightweight sandwich structures.
  • It can be processed at temperatures up to 150°C, with the ability to withstand short-term exposure to 180°C.
  • It can withstand both dynamic and static loads during processing and in high-temperature environments.
  • Applications include automotive interior and structural components, side panels, floor panels, and truck roof panels or hoods in road transportation, as well as shear webs, shells, and nacelle covers in the wind energy sector.
  • REGEECORE -HK250 is also used for hulls, decks, superstructures, bulkheads, stringers, and interior fittings in marine applications, along with cover plates, containers, radiation tables, and sports equipment in industrial sectors.
