HXCELL -X130

Supplied byDongying Horizon Composite- Last Updated on Mar 3, 2026

HXCELL -X130 by Dongying Horizon Composite is a cross-linked rigid foam based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Exhibits reduced resin absorption in liquid resin infusion processes which decreases product weight. It has 100% obturator structure and 30% lower glue absorption rate.
  • It uses a water suspension foaming process which completes the cross-linked structure and makes the foaming more uniform.
  • Avoids original plate warping and hot pressing caused by the internal structure damage.
  • Offers low water absorption and strong anti-corrosion properties.
  • Provides sound and heat insulation, excellent fire resistance and impact resistance with high strength/rigidity-weight ratio.
  • It has good adhesion due to its fine microporous structure.
  • It is suitable for a variety of resin systems and processes.
  • Ideal for lightweight sandwich structures that can withstand static/dynamic loads.
  • HXCELL -X130 is widely used in wind energy, marine, medical instruments, special equipment and aerospace and other fields.
