HXCELL -X100 by Dongying Horizon Composite is a cross-linked rigid foam based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Exhibits reduced resin absorption in liquid resin infusion processes which decreases product weight. It has 100% obturator structure and 30% lower glue absorption rate.
- It uses a water suspension foaming process which completes the cross-linked structure and makes the foaming more uniform.
- Avoids original plate warping and hot pressing caused by the internal structure damage.
- Offers low water absorption and strong anti-corrosion properties.
- Provides sound and heat insulation, excellent fire resistance and impact resistance with high strength/rigidity-weight ratio.
- It has good adhesion due to its fine microporous structure.
- It is suitable for a variety of resin systems and processes.
- Ideal for lightweight sandwich structures that can withstand static/dynamic loads.
- HXCELL -X100 is widely used in wind energy, marine, medical instruments, special equipment and aerospace and other fields.
