POLYFLON PTFE F-104C by Daikin is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. It shows excellent resistance to heat and chemicals. It possesses weatherability, electrical characteristics of high frequency, non-adherence and slipperiness. It can easily fiberize on applying shear force. It can be processed by paste extrusion molding by adding auxiliary agent. POLYFLON PTFE F-104C is suitable for forming the large size tube as it can be converted into fiber even at low RR.
