Heroflon™ PTFE Porous by Daikin Compounding Italy is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. It is a non-free flowing 100% PTFE powder. Exhibits high thermal stability, non-stick behavior, excellent dielectric-, compression and surface compliant properties. Possesses low coefficient of friction, good electrical insulation, excellent resistance to solvents, UV rays, aggressive chemical- and atmospheric agents. Used in hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, chemical, aerospace and aeronautic applications. Heroflon™ PTFE Porous is suitable for compression molding. Designed for electronic, health and medical, building, compounding, oil and grease lubrication applications.
