Heroflon™ MG1-FF/HD

Heroflon™ MG1-FF/HD by Daikin Compounding Italy is a free-flowing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits high thermal stability, excellent dielectric, good non-stick behavior, compression and surface compliant properties. Possesses low coefficient of friction, good electrical insulation, excellent resistance to solvents, UV rays, aggressive chemical- and atmospheric agents. Used in hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, chemical and aerospace applications. Also used in aeronautic, electronic, health and medical applications. Heroflon™ MG1-FF/HD is suitable for automatic compression molding and RAM extrusion. Designed for building, molding, compounding, oil and grease lubrication applications.
