Heroflon™ MG1-FF

Heroflon™ MG1-FF by Daikin Compounding Italy is a free-flowing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits high thermal stability, excellent dielectric, good non-stick behavior, compression and surface compliant properties. Possesses low coefficient of friction, good electrical insulation, excellent resistance to solvents, UV rays, aggressive chemical- and atmospheric agents. Used in hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, chemical, aerospace and aeronautic applications. Also used for electronic, health and medical applications. Heroflon™ MG1-FF is suitable for compression- and isostatic molding. Designed for building, compounding, oil and grease lubrication applications.
