Heroflon™ MG1 (BG)

Heroflon™ MG1 (BG) by Daikin Compounding Italy is a non-free flowing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits high thermal stability, excellent dielectric, non-stick behaviour, compression and surface compliant properties. Possesses low coefficient of friction, good electrical insulation, excellent resistance to solvents, UV rays, aggressive chemical- and atmospheric agents. Used in hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, chemical, aerospace and aeronautic applications. Heroflon™ MG1 (BG) is suitable for compression molding. Also used for electronic, health and medical, building, compounding, oil and grease lubrication fields.
