Heroflon™ MG1 by Daikin Compounding Italy is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits high thermal stability, good non-stick behavior, excellent dielectric, compression and surface compliant properties. Possesses low coefficient of friction, good electrical insulation, excellent resistance to solvents, UV rays, aggressive chemical- and atmospheric agents. Used in hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, chemical, aerospace and aeronautic applications. Heroflon™ MG1 is suitable for compression molding. Also used for electronic, health and medical, building, compounding, oil and grease lubrication applications.
