Heroflon™ EG2 by Daikin Compounding Italy is a free-flowing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits high thermal stability, excellent dielectric, compression and surface compliant properties and good non-stick behavior. Possesses low coefficient of friction, good electrical insulation, excellent resistance to solvents, UV rays, aggressive chemical- and atmospheric agents. Designed for hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, chemical, aerospace and aeronautic applications. Used for electronic, health and medical, building and molding applications. Heroflon™ EG2 is suitable for RAM extrusion. Other applications include compounding, oil and grease lubrication.
