Texin® STX by Covestro is an opaque, high performance thermoplastic polyurethane. Possesses good stiffness and modulus. Shows excellent heat-, impact-, abrasion- and chemical resistance. Offers low moisture absorption, mold shrinkage and coefficient of thermal expansion. It can be processed by injection molding or extrusion. Texin® STX is designed for couplings, valves, fittings, sunglass frames and housings for personal electronic devices.
