Pergut® S 20 by Covestro is a polyisoprene-based, chlorinated rubber. It contains low content of carbon tetrachloride. It shows good adhesion to metals (steel, iron, zinc) & mineral substrates, easy processability, fast drying, excellent repaintability and high paint storage stability in closed containers. It provides chemical-, acid-, base-, saline solution-, water-, bacterial-, mold-, fungus-, corrosion-, fouling- and environmental resistance. It is soluble in many solvents and offers good compatibility with numerous resins, polymers, plasticizers, pigments and fillers. Pergut® S 20 is used as one-component application for adhesives, printing inks, container- & concrete coatings, road marking and steel in civil & water engineering.
