BAYFLEX® 110-35 by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade, consisting of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol component. Offers excellent integrity at de-mold, rapid de-mold time and outstanding physical properties. It is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). BAYFLEX® 110-35 is used in automotive fascias and window glass encapsulations.
