PHACT™ S1000P by CJ Cheiljedang Bio is a semi-crystalline polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA). It is a 100% bio-based, eco-friendly, sustainable grade produced by microbial fermentation of sugar. It offers anti-hydrolysis properties and high heat stability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, thermoforming and film-, sheet- and fiber extrusion.
  • It is TÜV OK-certified home and industrial compostable, as well as TÜV OK-certified marine and soil biodegradable.
  • It is used to manufacture food-contacting rigid and flexible packaging, food service ware, and other products.
  • It is suitable for general compounding with other polymers.
  • PHACT™ S1000P is FDA approved for food contact applications.
