Renewable sourced polyamide 1010. The material is flexible, toughened, plasticized, UV, heat stabilized and suitable for multiple extrusion applications. Delivers wide range of stiffness, superior chemical and hydrolysis resistance. It also provides higher HDT and strength vs. PA12, excellent notched cold impact resistance, and potential cost savings vs. other long chain polyamides. Used in handheld devices, automotive coolant systems, fuel lines and tubing, monofilaments, oil and gas applications, pneumatic tubes such as air brake tubes, metal tube replacement as well as automotive under the hood metal replacement. Contains minimum of 60% renewably sourced ingredient by weight.
