Vamac® Ultra DX for Wire & Cables by Celanese is a high viscosity ethylene acrylic dipolymer grade. It It provides improved mold release. It is a high performance and heat stabilized grade.
  • Exhibits improved processability, better & faster dispersion.
  • It allows production of enhanced AEM grades that have significantly improved as compared to the existing standard Vamac® elastomers.
  • It is designed for processing by extrusion.
  • It is suitable for applying reinforcement layers without cutting the inner tube by filaments.
  • It increases green strength of compounds which helps to avoid collapse during extrusion processes.
  • It helps end-users evaluate the potential fitness of similar compounds for their own applications.
