Vamac® Ultra DX Carbon Black compound by Celanese is a carbon black, filled, high viscosity ethylene acrylic dipolymer grade. It exhibits good low temperature performance and good mold release. It allows production of enhanced AEM grades that have significantly improved compared to the existing standard Vamac® elastomers.
- It is suitable for processing by extrusion, transfer- and compression molding.
- It impacts the cure speed and crosslink density of peroxide cure systems.
- It provides heat resistance and offers improved processability, better & faster dispersion.
- It increases green strength of compounds which helps to avoid collapse during extrusion processes, and may help in applying reinforcement layers without cutting the inner tube by filaments.
- It has optimized polymer structure which ensures gains in physical properties.
- Vamac® Ultra DX Carbon Black compound is designed for automotive application.
- It improved performance of rubber parts such as cables, seals, gaskets or extruded hoses.
