CELSTRAN® PA66-GF60-02 P11/12 by Celanese is a heat stabilized polyamide 66 (PA (Nylon 66)) grade, reinforced with 60% long glass fiber of 11 mm long, reducing creep significantly. Designed for injection molding process. Parts made from it possesses outstanding mechanical properties such as high strength and stiffness, minimum warpage and high heat deflection. Offers increased notched impact strength at elevated and low temperatures due to fiber skeleton built in the parts. CELSTRAN® PA66-GF60-02 P11/12 can be used for substituting die cast metal with advantage of weight reduction, no corrosion problems and no post treatment.
