Borstar® ME6056 by Borouge is a bimodal medium-density polyethylene compound. It contains 2.6% well-dispersed carbon black which imparts excellent weathering resistance. This grade can be processed by extrusion. Borstar® ME6056 exhibits low shrink back, excellent stress crack resistance and wide processing window. This compound provides excellent surface finish and high output rates over a broad range of conditions. It is designed for jacketing of power and communication cables.
