Borstar® Aquility™ LE3406

Borstar® Aquility™ LE3406 is a black colored, ready-made, bimodal LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) compound produced with advanced Borealis Borstar® technology. It contains well dispersed, fine particles size carbon black and stabilizers to ensure excellent weathering resistance in agriculture field conditions. It is easy and consistent to process as well as flexible in use. Moreover, it is tough and durable. Exhibits high UV stability, optimized mechanical properties like weldability, tensile strength, elongation and ESCR. Shows excellent processability for high speed extrusion lines with excellent output. Being pre-compounded, it greatly simplifies the pipe production process and enhances the end product quality and raw material traceability. Provides the potential for reduction in labor, material handling, inventory and procurement-related costs. It is also suitable for recycling using modern methods of shredding and cleaning. Recommended for thick wall drip irrigation tubing for online drip laterals and flat as well as cylindrical emitting pipe/inline production.
