BG055AI is a polypropylene (PP) copolymer grade by Borealis, reinforced with 2.5% filler. Exhibits low gloss, high flow, sound damping, low shrinkage, high aesthetic appearance, faster cycle time & productivity and optimal stiffness/toughness. Shows non-fogging, excellent dimensional stability, processability, non-stickiness, absence of flow marks (tiger stripe-free) and broad processing window. Provides impact-, heat-, light- and high scratch resistance. BG055AI is used in climate control housings.
