Urochem Moulding Compound 161 by BI-QEM is a highly refined cellulose reinforced urea formaldehyde resin. It is modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It exhibits low shrinkage, low water absorption and high strength. It offers high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It is designed for processing by compression molding. Urochem Moulding Compound 161 is suitable for circuit breakers and electrical accessories. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.
