Ultrasint® PA6 - X028 by BASF is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade. Exhibits high modulus, high strength and excellent thermal distortion stability. Offers precise feature control, very good mechanical properties and simple surface reprocessing of 3D printed parts, in particular for complex shapes or structures. Is suitable for processing by laser sinistering. Ultrasint® PA6 - X028 can be used for the production of high performance functional parts such as motor model, air duct for car intake manifold, rearview mirror and door handle. Complies with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 302 and UL 94 HB flame rating.
