Infinergy® 32-100 U10

Infinergy® 32-100 U10 by BASF is a recyclable, lightweight, low-density expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU) grade. It shows good long-term durability in a wide range of temperatures and high elongation at break. Exhibits high elasticity, tensile strength, outstanding resilience, high abrasion- and good chemical resistance. It is very soft & stretchy and has a low dynamic modulus. It offers excellent damping abilities. Infinergy® 32-100 U10 is processed on the usual commercial steam chest molding machines designed for a minimum steam chamber pressure of 5 bar. It can be processed by either crack filling or pressure filling and by molding technologies not using steam e.g. high frequency and variotherm molding. It provides high strength, comfort and flexibility in footwear and sports equipment. Recommended for playground flooring. It is also an environmentally friendly alternative as it is non-hazardous and microplastic free. It is compliant with the RoHS directive.
