Elastocoat® C 6226/107 by BASF is a low-viscosity, polyurethane (PU) resin. It is used in pultrusion technology for high performance profiles. It can be reinforced with glass and carbon fiber. It is a light-weight grade for tough requirements. It shows significant advantages in speed at low pull force, very high interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) and low emission & VOC values. It is designed for use in applications that require high temperature resistance e.g. E-coat process and stable modulus in a wide range of use temperature. It provides temperature stability up to 200°C. Elastocoat® C 6226/107 is used in automotive & construction applications.
