Photo-Resin X004 by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a medium-viscous, highly reactive photopolymer for applications in stereolithography giving tough PP-like parts. It exhibits high impact strength, high E-modulus and good heat deflection temperature. It can be used to produce high-performance functional parts by using stereolithography (SLA) and digital light processing (DLP) machines. Photo-Resin X004 is recommended for automotive components, electric & electronic devices, transparent assemblies, and snap-fit applications. It is also suitable for fluid flow & visualization, transparent presentation and form-fit & function models. Its shelf life is maximum 12 months.
