Versaflex™ CL2242 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an easy processing, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It possesses excellent clarity, superior colorability, good moldability and good processing stability. It allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It exhibits very good heat- and boil resistance. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in medical/healthcare applications including pacifiers, transparent or translucent parts, personal care and overmolding. Versaflex™ CL2242 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1210, ISO 10993 Part 4 and Part 5, USP Class VI and RoHS regulations.
