LS1-6140 by Avantor is a fluoro silicone rubbers (FMQ) grade. Offers low viscosity. It consists of two parts (A:B in 1:1) ratio. It is based on a methyl silicone polymer and requires heat to cure. It is suitable for bonding, casting or compression molding of high performance optical components. It is designed for photonics applications requiring low volatility silicone to avoid contamination and for applications requiring index matching at 1.40. LS1-6140 complies with RoHS and REACH regulations.
