Tuftec™ H1517 by Asahi Kasei is a hydrogenated styrene ethylene butylene styrene copolymer (SEBS) grade. It is supplied as a dusted, dense pellet. Offers good compatibility for styrenic resin and polyphenylene ether (PPE). It is also suited as impact modifier for cyclo olefin polymer (COP) and cyclo olefin copolymer (COC). It is particularly suited as a compatibilizer of PP / PPE or polystyrene (PS) blends. Tuftec™ H1517 by Asahi Kasei is recommended for polymer modification applications. Complies with FDA 21 CFR FCN821 and EU Directive 10/2011 regulations.
