Tuftec™ H1043 by Asahi Kasei is a high styrene content, hydrogenated styrene ethylene butylene styrene copolymer (SEBS) grade. It is supplied as a dusted, dense pellet can be easily blended with PS and PPE. It is used as a compatibilizer of styrenic resin and olefinic resin blends. It is also suited as an impact modifier of cyclo olefin polymer (COP) and cyclo olefin copolymer (COC). Tuftec™ H1043 by Asahi Kasei is recommended for microwavable food containers, inner laminate films for lunch boxes & trays and portioned food containers. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1810 and EU Directive 10/2011 regulations.
