ASACLEAN™ PX2

ASACLEAN™ PX2 by Asahi Kasei Asaclean Americas is a purging compound filled with glass. Insoluble in water while soluble in aromatic and ester solvents. Offers high temperature for cleaning hard-to-clean resins, low processing smoke and odor, excellent thermal stability at high processing temperatures, color changes, material changes and carbon/color contamination. It can be processed using injection molding. Exclusively used for purging super engineering resins such as PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), PEEK (polyether ether ketone), LCP (liquid-crystal polymers) and PEI (polyethylenimine). ASACLEAN™ PX2 complies with TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act).
