ASACLEAN™ NB by Asahi Kasei Asaclean Americas is a purging compound based on polyethylene (PE). It is suitable for compounding, profile, sheet and cast film extrusion. It is a mechanical purging compound that combines carefully selected resins with foaming activity to dislodge contaminants while delivering an effective purging product at a great value. It is insoluble in water and organic solvent. ASACLEAN™ NB is designed for color and material transitions in both injection molding and extrusion applications and receive the cleaning benefits of foaming action, with no soak time.
