ASACLEAN™ CP by Asahi Kasei Asaclean Americas is an olefinic-based, cost-effective, mechanical purging compound designed for basic polypropylene and polyethylene resins within the processing temperature range. It is useful for sealing prior to shutdowns and shows good compatibility to olefinic resins.
- It does not work by chemical reaction, so there is no soak time or hold-up time required for an effective purge.
- It is suitable for injection molding, profile-, sheet-, cast film extrusion and compounding applications.
- ASACLEAN™ CP is designed for color & material changeovers, preventative purging and hot runner cleaning applications.
