ORGASOL® 3501 EXD NAT 1 is a spheroidal powder of copolyamide 6/12 with narrow particle size distribution by Arkema. It consists of unique highly porous particles. It can rigorously control particle size distribution and provides excellent consistency in performance. Offers good dispersion capacity, reduced impact on rheology and low density. Provides improved blocking resistance and reduced coefficient of friction. It offers improved scratch & abrasion resistance. ORGASOL® 3501 EXD NAT 1 imparts high strength into molded green parts in order to avoid damage of the parts on ejection of the mold. It is suitable for powder- & metal injection molding. It is designed for use in plastic coating, ceramic injection molding and wood coatings.
