APPEX14 by Abhar Polymer Compounds is a silane crosslinkable pre-grafted polyethylene thermoplastic grade. It exhibits high heat resistance to 90°C, excellent environment stress crack resistance (ESCR) and excellent creep resistance to 95°C. It offers high resistance to scratch, abrasion, chemical and rapid propagation of tension. It possesses high density, good surface smoothness, high mechanical properties and excellent processability. It can be crosslinked by immersion in hot water at 90°C. It is designed for processing by extrusion with its catalyst master batch APCAT12N. APPEX14 is recommended for the production of flexible pipes.
