3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Granules TF 1620 by 3M is a semi-free-flowing suspension PTFE produced by suspension polymerization. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Provides good surface quality of molded articles, excellent chemical inertness, low friction behavior, good flame retardance, exceptional temperature resistance and reduced molding pressure. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Granules TF 1620 exhibits good electrical and mechanical properties. Used in large compression molded sheets, iso-statically molded articles, shaped parts, thinner wall articles (like bellows etc.) and for skived films of > 200 µm. Meets ASTM D 4894 Type IV, Grade 2 classification.
