Figure 4® High Temp 150°C FR Black by 3D Systems is a rigid, self-extinguishing, halogen free flame retarded photopolymer resin. It shows long-term environmental stability. It is recommended for consumer, transportation, and aerospace applications that require high temperature like brackets, covers, and circuit board housings and covers. It is suitable for parts of train and buses, electrical and under hood housings, rigid covers, hangers and brackets. It offers high heat deflection temperature for demanding applications. It requires no secondary thermal cure. It delivers excellent surface quality, accuracy, and repeatability. Figure 4® High Temp 150°C FR Black is capable of painting and plating. It is compliant with U.S. Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 25.853 and FAR Part 23.853 at 3mm thickness.
