AVIMID® R by Syensqo is a high temperature thermoset polyimide resin with good wet and dry service capability. Available in a range of fibers and forms including tape, fabric, chopped fiber or neat resin. It is a non-MDA, PMR-15 alternative with no carcinogenic components. Exhibits outstanding thermal oxidative stability, good toughness & excellent resistance to micro-crack and aircraft fluids. Formulated for prepreg autoclave vacuum bag processing and compression molding. AVIMID® R is designed for jet engine components. It has a shelf life of 12 months at -18°C and 14 days at 21°C.

CYCOM® 5250MC by Syensqo is a controlled-flow, chopped glass fiber-impregnated bis-Maleimide (BMI) resin. Offers high temperature service. CYCOM® 5250MC is designed for compression molding applications.

CYCOM® 5250-4 RTM by Syensqo is a very low viscosity, one-part, low tack bismaleimide (BMI) resin. It possesses superior hot/wet properties at 71-190°C.

CYCOM® 5250-4 by Syensqo is bismaleimide (BMI) resin. Available with either carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforcement in unidirectional tape, woven broadgood and roving forms. Exhibits excellent toughness, high-temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity and excellent compression strength properties after impact. Provides high-strain carbon fibers and improved damage resistance. It can be applied to Nicalon and Tyranno silicon carbide fibers. CYCOM® 5250-4 is suitable for void-free laminates. Formulated for use in primary and secondary aircraft structures including engine nacelles, fuselage skins, stiffeners, wing and stabilizer spars & skins and other critical load-bearing components. It has a shelf life of >12 months at -18°C and >3 months at 4°C.

HPC-5012 by Resonac (formerly Showa Denko) is a polyamide-imide resin with low toxicity. This product possesses high heat resistance and coating hardness. HPC-5012 can form the film having high insulation and solvent resistance. It is used in paint binders for sliding parts such as automotive compressors or engine pistons. It conforms to REACH regulations and is listed in US (TSCA), Canada (DSL), Japan (ENCS), China (IECSC), Korea (KECL) and Taiwan.

HPC-6600 by Resonac (formerly Showa Denko) is a NMP-free, polyamide-imide resin. It possesses low toxicity and coating hardness. HPC-6600 can form the film having high insulation and solvent resistance. Recommended for use in paint binders for sliding parts such as automotive compressors or engine pistons that require high heat resistance.
