Polyisoprene Rubbers (IR) for Plastic Parts

SKI-3SH by Ganpati Exim is a synthetic isoprene rubber (IR) grade. It contains limited content of gel fractions. SKI-3SH by Ganpati Exim is recommended for production of tyre applications.

Cariflex™ IR0307 KU by Cariflex is an odorless, water-insoluble, solution polymerized polyisoprene. It contains high cis-1,4 content and 0.15% non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits high molecular weight and good flowability. Offers light color, uniformity and low levels of impurities. Improves mixing and molding behavior. Cariflex™ IR0307 KU by Cariflex is used as a replacement for natural rubber in a wide range of compounds. Recommended for food & pharmaceutical packaging and seals, baby bottle teats & health care and very light-colored or transparent articles.

RUBBER SKI-5PM by JSC Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant is an explosion proof, cis-isoprene synthetic rubber. It is used for making food and medical rubbers. RUBBER SKI-5PM complies with TU 2294-051-16810126-2004 regulation.

NATSYN® 2210 by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is a high cis-1,4 polyisoprene rubber (IR) grade. It contains a non-staining antioxidant. It is used as a substitute for natural rubber, independently or blended with other elastomers. It is used in applications requiring improved processing, resilience and high tensile strength. NATSYN® 2210 is used in tire compounds, automotive & conveyor belts, hoses & tubes, shoe products, sponge rubber, mechanical & sporting goods, elastic straps, bands and rubber thread.

JHIR-90Q by Ningbo Jinhai Chenguang Chemical Corporation is isoprene rubber. Designed for polymer modification and rubber products. Used in tires and adhesives.
