LEXAN™ COPOLYMER SLX2271T by SABIC is a PFAS-free, IR transparent, unfilled, weatherable, medium flow, polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with enhanced UV stabilization and good processability with added mold release. Suitable for processing by injection molding. It is designed for building & construction, automotive interiors & exteriors and recreational/specialty vehicles. It is recommended for electrical & electronic industrial applications such as mobile phones, computer, tablets and lighting. It is suitable for consumer applications like personal recreation. It is targeted for potential paint elimination through a wide range of high gloss opaque colors. It is also available in transparent or tints.

CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) by SABIC is a non-chlorinated & brominated, flame-retardant polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and is used for thin wall applications. It exhibits medium flow, hydrolytic stability, good mold release and chemical resistance. CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) is used in electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, rail, sleep therapy, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, electrical components, patient testing, fluid, blood handling, mass transportation, healthcare, electronics and consumer applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0, 5VA and 5VB flame rating.

LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound D10006U by SABIC is an UV stabilized, flame retardant, unreinforced polycarbonate resin. It provides heat stability and good mold release. It offers aesthetic appearance and durability. It is available in custom colors. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound D10006U is used in automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, sport/leisure, personal accessory, home & commercial appliances, electrical components and Infrastructure, electronics and consumer applications.

LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound D1000ERU by SABIC is a UV stabilized, PFAS-free polycarbonate (PC) resin. It can be processed by injection molding. It offers easy molding and good mold release. LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound D1000ERU is used in automotive interiors, electrical devices and displays, sport & leisure, personal accessory, electrical components & infrastructure, electronics and consumer applications.

LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound DFL32 (Asia) by SABIC is a polycarbonate (PC) resin reinforced with 10% glass fiber and 15% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Exhibits wear & friction resistance, It is suitable for processing by injection molding. LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound DFL32 (Asia) is recommended for structural, outdoor, lawn & landscape, electrical devices & displays, sport/leisure, personal accessory, home & commercial appliances, electrical components, infrastructure, and consumer applications.

LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound DFL44 by SABIC is an internally lubricated polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 20% glass fiber and 20% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It offers friction and wear resistance. Suitable for processing by injection molding. LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound DFL44 is designed for outdoor, lawn & landscape, electrical devices & displays, sport/leisure, personal accessory, home appliances, electrical components & infrastructure, commercial appliance, electronics, consumer and structural applications.

CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7110 by SABIC is an unreinforced, flame retarded polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. It is non-brominated & non-chlorinated and is suitable for processing by injection molding. It shows high flow, hydrolytic stability, good mold release and chemical resistance. It is a good candidate for thin-wall applications. CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7110 is recommended for electrical devices & displays, home appliances, electrical components and consumer applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0, V-1, V-2 and 5VB flame ratings.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound DD000 by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, electrically conductive, polycarbonate (PC) resin that is filled with conductive carbon powder. This grade is processed by injection molding. LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound DD000 is recommended for electrical and electronic components and industrial material handling.

LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer blend. It provides high heat resistance, mold release and high flow. It is processed by injection molding. It enables high aesthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is used in consumer goods like lighting, appliances such as home and commercial, mass transportation like recreational and specialty vehicles. It is suitable for defense, outdoor, lawn and landscape applications, automotive interiors, exteriors and under the hood. It is suggested for water management, personal accessory, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, building and construction. It is also used in aerospace, industrial material handling, healthcare such as surgical, patient testing, medical facility infrastructure, fluid and blood handling. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) is recommended for ophthalmics, electronics, electrical devices, displays, components and infrastructure.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1112T (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unreinforced polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer with high impact resistance. It exhibits high flow and mold release combined with shorter IM cycle times as compared to standard PC. It is a general purpose and heat-stabilized grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It offers good low temperature ductility (-20°C) with excellent processability. It is available in wide range of transparent and opaque colors. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1112T (Europe) is used in electrical devices & displays, home appliances, electrical components & infrastructure, consumer, electrical and electronics.
