It offers good mold flow, excellent storage stability, improved demolding hot tear resistance, good mold release with less mold fouling and good compression set resistance. It is fully precompounded with reduced curative level and incorporated process aid. It is suitable for processing by transfer molding, injection molding, compression molding and extrusion. Viton™ A-331C is suitable for O-rings, seals, gaskets, profile and extruded O-ring cord & hose applications.

It is fully precompounded with reduced curative level and improved processing. It offers excellent storage stability, good mold flow, improved demolding hot tear resistance, good mold release with less mold fouling, good fluid resistance and good heat resistance. Also offers good metal bonding with standard industrial primers. It is processed by transfer molding, injection molding and compression molding. Viton™ A-361C is suitable for O-rings, gaskets, valve stem and crankshaft seal applications.

Petroz 390 by Material and Design Solutions is a 90-durometer, low-compression set perfluoroelastomers (FFKM) compound. Provides tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural modulus similar to competing perfluoroelastomers. Exhibits strong resistance to a broad range of chemical media. Lower compression set results in improved sealing performance in high-pressure, high-temperature environments over extended operating times. It is an ideal compound for chemical processing and refining industries.
