Chlorinated Rubbers (CR) for Plastic Parts

Pergut® B 20 by Covestro is a polybutadiene-based chlorinated rubber by Covestro, containing low content of carbon tetrachloride. Shows good adhesion, easy processability, fast drying, excellent repaintability and high paint storage stability in closed containers. Provides chemical-, acid-, base-, saline solution-, water-, bacterial-, mold-, fungus-, corrosion-, fouling- and environmental resistance. It is soluble in many solvents and offers good compatibility with numerous resins, polymers, plasticizers, pigments and fillers. Pergut® B 20 is used as one-component application for container coatings, road marking and steel in civil & water engineering.

Pergut® S 130 by Covestro is a natural, chlorinated rubber by Covestro, containing low content of carbon tetrachloride. Shows good adhesion to metals (steel, iron, zinc) & mineral substrates, easy processability, fast drying, excellent repaintability and high paint storage stability in closed containers. Provides chemical-, acid-, base-, saline solution-, water-, bacterial-, mold-, fungus-, corrosion-, fouling- and environmental resistance. It is soluble in many solvents and offers good compatibility with numerous resins, polymers, plasticizers, pigments and fillers. Pergut® S 130 is used as one-component application for adhesives.

Pergut® S 170 by Covestro is a polyisoprene-based, chlorinated rubber by Covestro, containing low content of carbon tetrachloride. Shows good adhesion to metals (steel, iron, zinc) & mineral substrates, easy processability, fast drying, excellent repaintability and high paint storage stability in closed containers. Provides chemical-, acid-, base-, saline solution-, water-, bacterial-, mold-, fungus-, corrosion-, fouling- and environmental resistance. It is soluble in many solvents and offers good compatibility with numerous resins, polymers, plasticizers, pigments and fillers. Pergut® S 170 is used as one-component application for adhesives.

CR-10 by Novista Group is a chlorinated rubber (CR) grade. Offers good weather stability, good water resistance and good chemical resistance. It is UV stabilized and heat stabilized under 13. It has good compatibility with many solvents, plasticizers and binders. CR-10 can be used to formulate fast-drying anticorrosion coating applications.

CPE230A by Weifang Tianrui Chemical is special rubber of chlorinated polyethylene by Weifang Tianrui Chemical. It offers good processing performance and very good flexibility in low temperature. It is suitable for calendering magnetic marks. CPE230A is used in magnetic rubber strips for boards, refrigerators and electromotor.
