SURPREN™ SN238 by Sundow Polymers is a general purpose chloroprene rubber. Exhibits high mooney viscosity, excellent cohesion & good physical properties when a large amount of fillers and oils are added. Contains talcum as a release agent and has no mechanical impurities. It is obtained by mercaptan modified and chloroprene monomer by emulsion polymerization. Offers good adhesion and good heat resistance. Shows medium rate of crystallization and good solubility. SURPREN™ SN238 by Sundow Polymers is suitable for highly loading production goods. Designed for hoses, tapes, rubber seals, adhesive cements, hard goods, wire and cable jackets.

SURPREN™ SN232 by Sundow Polymers is a general purpose chloroprene rubber containing talcum as a release agent. It is obtained by mercaptan modified and chloroprene monomer by emulsion polymerization. Possesses good physical, mechanical & plastication properties and better storage stability. Exhibits good processability, very low compression set and excellent elasticity. Suitable for processing by extrusion. SURPREN™ SN232 is designed for the production of conveyor belts, bars, hoses, tapes, rubber seals, wire and cable jackets.

SURPREN™ SN121 by Sundow Polymers is a general purpose chloroprene rubber. It is obtained by sulfur modified and chloroprene monomer by emulsion polymerization. Contains talcum as a release agent. Possesses good physical, electrical, mechanical and plastication properties. Exhibits good processability, more mastication & mixing properties, smooth surface and smaller shrinkage. Provides good resistance to oil, heat, fire, chemical reagents, ozone aging and sunlight. Suitable for processing by extrusion. SURPREN™ SN121 by Sundow Polymers is designed for the production of mining conveyor belts, hoses, power transmission belts, seals, wire and cable jackets.

Compound 4617 by Pressure Seals is a 60 durometer polychloroprene elastomer. It is formulated with molybdenum disulphide to provide internal lubrication. Exhibits good resistance to compression set at moderate temperature. Compound 4617 is used in seal industry. Meets ASTM 2000 specifications 3 BC 615 B14 EO14, 5 BC 615 B14 EO14, 6 BC 615 B14 EO14, 2 BE 615 B14 EO14 and 3 BE 615 B14 EO14.
