3273 by TotalEnergies is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer film grade. Shows high crystallinity, low melt flow and provide extremely low residuals for improved color stability and clarity. It is suitable for processing by oriented film extrusion. Recommended in orientation processes for manufacture of packaging tapes and films. Applications include biorented and non-packaging film. 3273 by TotalEnergies is a FDA compliant grade.

PLEXIGLAS® VOD by Trinseo is a polymethyl methacrylate acrylic (PPMA) resin. Exhibits excellent weatherability, high melt flow, optical clarity and optical properties. Designed for processing by injection molding. PLEXIGLAS® VOD is used in DVD transfer films, optical media, bathroom accessories, bird feeders, clear & diffuse lenses, cosmetics, desk items, framing industry, Fresnel lenses, gifts & tablewares, instrument clusters lenses, LED lighting, light guides, promotional items and trophies, rear combination lamps, retail and commercial applications. Typical markets include automotive, transportation, buildings, construction, bathtub, shower, signs, displays, consumer goods, electrical, electronics, household equipment, medical, personal care, lightings, renewable energy, packaging and paper. SABIC® QR6731K by SABIC is a polypropylene (PP) random copolymer resin. Possesses good toughness, stiffness, clarifier and anti-static agent.

Bakelite® PF 6680 by Bakelite Synthetics is phenolic grade reinforced with glass fiber and glass beads.

NOVALLOY S S66S4 by Daicel is a flame retardant (UL94 V-1) polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) grade reinforced with filler. Possesses low warpage, good mechanical strength and rigidity. Exhibits good processability and high weld strength. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in portable information devices such as bezel and LCD cover. NOVALLOY S S66S4 complies with ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2000 and UL certifications.

TRILAC® ABS-EX1000 by Amco Polymers is a high impact polyacrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. Exhibits good heat- and chemical resistance. Possesses good strength & stiffness, toughness, and low temperature ductility. Offers good processability, durability, surface hardness and gloss with low cost. It can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. TRILAC® ABS-EX1000 is suitable for business equipment housings, telephone housings, automotive interiors, luggage, ribbon cartridges & cassettes, domestic appliance housings and furniture. Complies with European RoHS/WEEE and REACH regulations.

ISPLEN® PP 099 K2M by Repsol is high fluidity nucleated antistatic polypropylene homopolymer with excellent processability and fast molding cycles. It has crystalline structure which provides high stiffness, excellent chemical resistance, colorability and very low warpage. It Can be decorated easily. It offers good resistance to abrasion, hinge deformation and low moisture permeability. It is designed for injection molding applications like rigid packaging with very thin walls, video boxes, screw caps & closures, vacuum and cosmetic flasks. Complies with REACH, European regulations and CLP.

945E by TotalEnergies is a super high impact polystyrene (PS) grade. Designed for applications requiring extra toughness without sacrificing mechanical properties, excellent falling dart impact which combined with the high gloss make it candidate for some ABS applications. This polymer is superior for coextrusion of high gloss sheet and has unique capabilities for deep draw thermoforming with good sidewall distribution. Applications include custom sheet extrusion, compounds and masterbatches, technical parts, disposable, profiles, data and power, food and beverage packaging, furniture, outdoor articles and housewares. Is a FDA 21 CFR § 177.1640, UL94HB E55470 and USP Class VI compliant grade.

LEXAN™ Resin OQ1022 by SABIC is an amorphous polycarbonate resin. It is a transparent, heat stabilized, mold released grade and possesses high mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal properties. Offers good flow, impact resistance, outstanding dimensional stability and clarity. LEXAN™ Resin OQ1022 is processed by injection molding and used in optical media applications such as CD, DVD, recordable and re-writable formats.

LEXAN™ Resin HF1110R by SABIC is amorphous polycarbonate resin. It possesses high mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal properties. It offers high flow, impact resistance, outstanding dimensional stability, clarity and easy mold release. It is UL Recognized, 94V-2 Flame Class Rating (3). LEXAN™ Resin HF1110R by SABIC is processed by injection molding and is used for thin wall lighting lenses, data storage components and safety eyewear lenses.
