LEXAN™ COPOLYMER SLX2271T by SABIC is a PFAS-free, IR transparent, unfilled, weatherable, medium flow, polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with enhanced UV stabilization and good processability with added mold release. Suitable for processing by injection molding. It is designed for building & construction, automotive interiors & exteriors and recreational/specialty vehicles. It is recommended for electrical & electronic industrial applications such as mobile phones, computer, tablets and lighting. It is suitable for consumer applications like personal recreation. It is targeted for potential paint elimination through a wide range of high gloss opaque colors. It is also available in transparent or tints.

LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT2141 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer. It exhibits mold release, high heat resistance and high flow. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in consumer goods like lighting, automotive lighting and ophthalmics. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT2141 (Americas) is recommended for electronics, electrical devices and displays. It is available in a range of opaque and limited transparent colors.

LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer blend. It provides high heat resistance, mold release and high flow. It is processed by injection molding. It enables high aesthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is used in consumer goods like lighting, appliances such as home and commercial, mass transportation like recreational and specialty vehicles. It is suitable for defense, outdoor, lawn and landscape applications, automotive interiors, exteriors and under the hood. It is suggested for water management, personal accessory, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, building and construction. It is also used in aerospace, industrial material handling, healthcare such as surgical, patient testing, medical facility infrastructure, fluid and blood handling. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) is recommended for ophthalmics, electronics, electrical devices, displays, components and infrastructure.

LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT2146 (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced and heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer. It offers mold release, high heat resistance and high flow. It is processed by injection molding. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT2146 (Europe) is recommended for automotive lighting. It is available in a range of opaque and limited transparent colors.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER CXT19 (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unreinforced polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with crystal clear transparency. It offers mold release and high heat resistance. It is a heat-stabilized grade with a broad processing window and limited yellowing. Recommended for automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, home appliances, automotive lighting, electronics and consumer applications. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER CXT19 (Europe) ?is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is available in limited transparent colors.

ForTii® Ace MX51 by Envalior is a heat stabilized, 30% glass-reinforced, PPA (PA4T) for automotive applications. It is a PPA with unique fatigue performance and chemical resistance. The high aromatic content and high Tg lead to excellent part stiffness and low creep, even up to 150°C. The moisture uptake occurs slowly with a very limited impact on dimensions. ForTii® Ace MX51 is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in structural parts with ForTii® Ace.

LNP™ THERMOTUF™ Compound MF0049I by SABIC is a compound based on flame retarded, impact resistant & modified, PFAS-free, unspecified polypropylene resin that is reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It exhibits high stiffness & strength. It can be processed by injection molding. LNP™ THERMOTUF™ Compound MF0049I is used in consumer applications like sports/leisures, personal accessory, electrical industry and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. It is suitable for automotive & aerospace applications.

EP30DP-NV by Master Bond is a versatile two component epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing, coating & encapsulation applications. It offers superior toughness, abrasion resistance, low viscosity and excellent electrical insulation. It is 100% reactive which does not contain any solvents or diluents.

• Its rigidity is modified by the addition of a urethane based flexibilizer and it confers a lower shore D hardness to the cross linked entity.
• It exhibits higher elongation, long working life, low exotherm, and is cryogenically serviceable.
• It withstands rigorous thermal cycling, shock and mechanically induced vibrations.
• It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, composites, glass and many plastics.
• It cures readily at ambient temperatures or more rapidly at elevated temperatures.
• It is used in electronics, aerospace, optical, specialty OEM and other applications.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months at 75°F in original, unopened containers.
• EP30DP-NV is RoHS complaint.

ULTEM™ resin 1000 by SABIC is amorphous, transparent, flame-retarded polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It is metallizable and transparent to microwave radiation & near IR. Provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, shrinkage, good metal adhesion, low smoke and toxicity. Offers radiation resistance (gamma, x-ray), chemical-, UV-C resistance, high electric breakdown strength (BDS) and high heat resistance. Exhibits excellent mechanicals in broad temperature range, good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties. ULTEM™ resin 1000 is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, injection compression molding, compression molding, foam-, film- & profile extrusion, injection molding, extrusion blow molding and extrusion compounding. Used in rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, ophthalmics, rail, wind energy, sport/leisure, consumer packaging. It is also recommended for personal accessory, textile, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, bus, electronic, electrical components, industrial, automotive under the hood, commercial appliance and recreational vehicle. Complies with RoHS, UL94 V-0, V-2 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853. The natural, uncolored, material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E and JEDEC JS709B. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors- transparent and opaque.
ISCC+ certified bio-based version also available for this grade.

EP4S-80 by Master Bond is a silver-filled, one component epoxy (EP) system. It has low viscosity and offers good flow, dimensional stability, low shrinkage, high modulus and good compressive strength. Offers good electrical conductivity and exhibits good water-, oil- and fuel resistance. Recommended for electronic, opto-electronics, acoustical, PCB assembly and automotive applications. It has a shelf life of 3-6 months. EP4S-80 meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications.
