UDea™ EcoPaXX® Q20HC60 by Envalior is a heat-stabilized, polyamide 4-10 (PA 4-10) reinforced with 60% continuous carbon fiber. This uni-directional tape is processed by lamination, thermoforming, and winding.

UDea™ EcoPaXX® Q20HG60 by Envalior is a heat-stabilized, bio-based, polyamide 4-10 (PA 4-10) filled with 60% continuous glass fiber. This uni-directional tape is processed by lamination, thermoforming, and winding.

UDea™ Xytron™ R20C50 by Envalior is a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) reinforced with 50% continuous carbon fiber. This uni-directional tape is processed by lamination, thermoforming, and winding.

UDea™ ForTii® Ace X20G60 by Envalior is a polyphthalamide (PPA) reinforced with 60% continuous glass fiber. This uni-directional tape is processed by lamination, thermoforming, and winding.

UDea™ Akulon® S20HC60 by Envalior is a heat-stabilized, polyamide 66 (PA 66) reinforced with 60% continuous carbon fiber. This uni-directional tape is processed by lamination, thermoforming, and winding.

UDea™ Akulon® S20HG60 by Envalior is a heat-stabilized, polyamide 66 (PA 66) reinforced with 60% continuous glass fiber. This uni-directional tape is processed by lamination, thermoforming, and winding.

NORYL™ SA9000 by SABIC is a modified, PFAS-free, low molecular weight, bi-functional oligomer based on polyphenylene ether (PPE) with vinyl end-groups. It is well suited for use with other unsaturated monomers and resins which cure via free radical reactions. These include styrenic, allylic, acrylic, maleimide, methacrylic, and unsaturated polyesters monomers and resins. It has a low solution viscosity and outstanding solubility in toluene & methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). It is recommended for electronic packaging including PCB laminates, copper clad laminates, non-epoxy prepregs and adhesives. NORYL™ SA9000 is designed for use in insulating materials where very low dielectric properties and decreased moisture absorption are required.

SURPASS® VPsK914-D by NOVA Chemicals is octene-based, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer grade. It contains antioxidant, non-fluorinated polymer processing aid (PPA), slip (1000 ppm) and anti-blocking (2500 ppm) additive.

• Provides excellent seal properties, low gel and haze.
• Offers outstanding melt strength for superior bubble stability.
• It is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion.
• SURPASS® VPsK914-D is applicable for co-extruded sealant layer, lamination and high toughness film.
• Designed for maximum output on high-performance lines.

SURPASS® VPsK914-A by NOVA Chemicals is octene-based, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer grade that contains a processing antioxidant. Offers outstanding melt strength for superior bubble stability.

• Exhibits excellent seal properties, low gel and haze.
• SURPASS® VPsK914-A is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion.
• Designed for maximum output on high-performance lines.
• It is recommended for co-extruded sealant layer, lamination and high toughness film.

SURPASS® SPs116-D by NOVA Chemicals is octene-based, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer grade. It contains antioxidant, slip (1000 ppm), anti-block (2500 ppm) and non-fluorinated polymer processing aid (PPA).

• It is applicable for co-extruded sealant layer and lamination film.
• Exhibits excellent seal properties, optics, toughness with tear strength.
• SURPASS® SPs116-D is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion.
• Complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 for olefin polymers, para. (c) 3.2a.
