Biography
Mudasar Rashid is a chemical engineer with over seven years of experience in the cosmetics, home care, aerosol, and soap manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Production and R&D Manager, his expertise lies in developing toll manufacturing industries that meet global requirements and quality standards.
He has successfully implemented international manufacturing and quality benchmarks for leading multinational companies, including L’Oréal, Unilever, Reckitt, Sanofi, and SC Johnson, while collaborating on their manufacturing sites, namely, NIMIR and Stancos.
As the founder and owner of The Cosmetics Hub, Mudasar leads a global platform of over 500 formulators. This forum fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing among industry professionals, offering training on advancements in cosmetic ingredients and products through live sessions conducted by experts.
His deep understanding of global standards in the cosmetics and aerosol sectors drives his focus on innovation and digitalization. He has recently completed his Master of Philosophy research on Challenges and Opportunities in Implementing Quality 4.0. Mudasar focuses on innovation and sustainability for startup brands in cosmetics, helping them produce quality products and scale globally while adhering to international standards.
